"Smooth order overall"
I ordered from Germany and it arrived in about 9 days, which felt reasonable. The tracking worked well the whole time. The box did have a small dent when it showed up, but thankfully the rackets inside were completely fine. Overall, a good experience and I’d be happy to buy again.

"Helpful badminton advice"
I went in looking for some racket advice and the staff really seemed to know their badminton. They pointed me in the right direction without making it feel complicated. If my visit is anything to go by, they’re a solid place to ask for gear recommendations.

My order from Nexus Badminton showed up in great shape. The box was tidy, not smashed or anything, and the racket had enough wrapping inside so it was not sliding around. There is not much else to add, but it arrived clean, safe, and exactly how I would hope. I am happy with the packaging and would order from them again.

"Clean, tight stringing"
Got it strung and it feels really tight and clean, exactly what I was hoping for. No complaints at all. Weirdly, the first thing I noticed was the tiny squeak the strings made when I pressed on them, but once I started playing it felt great.

"I had a warranty issue with my racket…"
I had a warranty issue with my racket and contacted Nexus Badminton about it. At first I was a bit annoyed because the replies weren’t exactly quick, well, not terrible, just slower than I’d hoped. They asked me to send over some photos, and after a few emails they sent out a replacement part without making it a big headache. The whole thing took about a week in total. Overall, decent support, although I do wish they’d been a bit better with updates along the way...

"Comfy fit, no hassle"
I ordered badminton shoes from nexusbadminton.com and wasn’t totally sure about the sizing, but they ended up fitting just right. The front isn’t too tight and the heel feels secure, so worrying about exchanging them was unnecessary. I’ve worn them for two games now and haven’t had any rubbing or sore feet. Comfy so far, happy with them...

Picked up my badminton gear from Nexus Badminton and honestly — it’s been really good. The racket feels solid, the strings were done neatly, and nothing about it feels cheap. I’ve used it a few times now — no issues so far, and it’s holding up well. Happy with the purchase

"Took a bit to hear back"
The replies came a little later than I expected. I kept thinking, okay, maybe they’re just busy, but I was still checking my messages like, did I miss something? Once they did respond, it was fine, but the wait was definitely noticeable.

I used nexusbadminton to get some racket advice, and the weird part is that a few of the recommendations actually made a lot of sense, but then a couple felt kind of off for my skill level and budget. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, and I did get some useful ideas from it. I just wish the suggestions were a little more accurate and better matched to what I was looking for.

"Easy order, no chasing needed"
nexusbadminton made the whole thing easy, which is always a relief. I had a quick question and they got back to me fast, and I didn’t have to be that annoying person chasing for updates every two minutes. They sent emails as the order moved along, so if anything, I’d blame them for making me expect this kind of communication from other shops now. Nothing over the top, just clear and simple service. I’d definitely use them again.

I was shopping around for a new racket and a few grips, nexusbadminton.com had a bigger selection than I expected. I liked that I could compare different brands and prices without jumping between a bunch of sites. For me, it felt like a solid one-stop shop because I found everything I needed quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the options and would definitely check it again next time

The site was easy to use, and my order showed up just fine, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the shipping cost seemed kind of high for what I bought, and it maybe made the deal feel a little less worth it. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do wish the delivery had been cheaper.

"Grip came out just right"
I ordered a racket and asked them to build up the grip a little. It showed up exactly how I wanted, not too bulky and felt comfortable right from the first hit. Super easy experience with no hassle
